Privacy Policy

§ 1

Information We Collect

FrameClaim, operated by Saints Touch Photography, collects information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, billing information, and any images you upload. We also record the IP address you signed up from, which we use to limit duplicate accounts. When you upload a photo, we store the original file and a watermarked copy, and we compute and store a hash of the image. Uploaded files are kept for as long as the image is in your account — see section 3.

§ 2

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our photo monitoring services
  • Send a copy of your image to Google Cloud Vision to run a reverse image search of Google's web index
  • Email you when a search returns a page that may be using your image
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services
§ 3

Image Data

When you upload an image, we store the original file and a watermarked copy in cloud storage (Vercel Blob) so we can re-scan it later and so you can download the watermarked version. These files are stored with public access: the URLs are long and randomized, so they are not guessable, but anyone who has a URL can open the file without signing in. Do not upload anything you would not be willing to have at a public URL.

We also compute and store a hash of each image. Uploaded files stay in storage for as long as the image is in your account — they are not deleted after a scan. You may delete an image at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the stored files and removes the hash, alerts, and scan history for that image.

§ 4

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do rely on service providers to run the platform, and your data passes through them:

  • Google Cloud Vision — receives a resized copy of each image you scan
  • Vercel — hosting, image storage (Blob), and site analytics
  • Turso — database hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing and billing details
  • Resend — sends our account and alert emails
  • Pusher — delivers live dashboard updates
  • Google Analytics — website usage measurement

Each of these processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

§ 5

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Image files, hashes, and alert data are retained until you delete them or close your account. Closing your account deletes your database records and removes your stored image files. We keep a one-way hash of your email address so the address cannot be used to open a new account; the address itself is not retained.

§ 6

Security

The site is served over TLS, and our hosting and database providers encrypt data at rest. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Uploaded image files are the exception to access control: as described in section 3, they sit at public randomized URLs. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

§ 7

Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time via your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it entirely by contacting us at saintstouch.photography@gmail.com.

§ 8

Cookies and Analytics

FrameClaim sets session cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in. If you block them, you will not be able to sign in.

Every page also loads two analytics tools: Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and sends your IP address, page views, and device information to Google, and Vercel Analytics, which records page views without cookies. These run on page load, before you have taken any action, and there is currently no consent banner or opt-out inside the product. You can block them with your browser settings or a tracker blocker. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not use these tools to build advertising profiles.

§ 9

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

§ 10
